What is The Good Mood Club?

The Good Mood Club is your on-demand Pilates platform designed to uplift your body, mind, and mood. Access a variety of Pilates classes anytime, anywhere, and feel good while getting fit!

Who should join The Good Mood Club?

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a Pilates pro or just getting started, we have classes for all levels, helping you feel stronger, more flexible, and, of course, in a good mood.

Do I need to have Pilates experience to join?

Not at all! We offer classes for beginners, intermediates, and advanced users, so you can jump in at your own pace.

Is there a free trial for new members?

The Good Mood Club always offers free classes for you to enjoy, no subscription required! However, a paid membership unlocks our full library of content, including exclusive on-demand classes and access to live group classes. You can try our paid features for free with a [number of days] trial and decide if it's right for you!

How do I find the right class for me?

You can use our search feature to find classes that match your mood, fitness level, or goals. Whether you're looking for a quick pick-me-up or a deep stretch, we've got you covered!

How often do you add new classes?

Do I need equipment for the classes?
